Wonderful Doctor and PA.
Dr. Lazarus is absolutely amazing. That man saved my life and I mean that literally. He does run behind, but you know why? Because he takes his time with his patients. I'd rather wait for a doctor that will treat me like I'm a human being than be rushed through like it's cattle call day. He's fabulous about answering my questions, he discusses test results with me and he's invested in my well-being, recovery and comprehension of disease processes.
The other reviews bother me. Dr. Laz is a good man, the nurses have always been friendly to me, the PA Wallace is the bomb diggity, and really? I'd never go anywhere else for care, because that's what I get in that office. CARE. If you're looking for a ridiculously smart neurologist who truly cares about his patients' well-being, give him a shot. Be patient; the wait is worth it.

Dr. Kenneth Lazurus. Saw him for 10 yrs. Would still be going if not for the nurse. Extremely rude uncaring and a liar. I was accused on several occasions of things I had no idea about . The wait is long and the help sucks but a good doctor.

awful doctor and wait but good Physician's Assistant. There are constant complications between the doctor's office, pharmacy, and insurance over simple migraine medicine. You are lucky to get an appointment in the same month if you have to see the doctor. Once you get an appointment, you have to wait in the waiting room for about an hour before ever even seeing anyone. This is a shame because I absolutely love the PA Green. He is so great - so if you have a lot of time and patience - make a appointment with him!

Only as a last resort!. Dr. Lazarus barely speaks to me, and basically ignores me and addresses all questions and advise to my husband. He rambles on and on about my insurance and how difficult they are and then goes on to say that other patients with the same condition are doing better than I... I hate going and would not if I had a choice, but I don't and live in constant pain...
