working at dixieland fun park/ fun junction usa is a bad place to work, the new manger and the owners don't respect they don't say thank you or reward any of their employees. if your not a manger or a supervisor you will get pay 6.25. they will never give you a raise, people can not live off of 6.25 its hard when everything going up. theirs rats and bugs in the kitchen. its not a safe place to work or bring your kids there, thy call their self a christian family its a BIG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lie ever, yes you can call them Racism cause its the truth.
Terrible place Poor customer service. I decided to have my sons fourth birthday party at this place. This was my first time I had ever been and what a nightmare.I was suppose to have a host to help me and my guest, and him/her never appeared..I had to wait in long lines as everyone else did. Also I never got a chance to got to my private party room. The food is horrible and no refills, even if you have a ''party package"..I complained to the customer service rep. Lisa and she was rude and argumentative..Honestly you come out better going to sixflags or having a party at monkey joes
My Family had a great time.
Having been to 6 Flags earlier this summer we wanted to try something different, that was less $ and closer to home. Now we have gone to Dixieland in the past but honestly with the tickets it got too expensive. That has all changed. We bought our tickets on line with a 15% off coupon code which you can find a lot of places or simply join their club. The normal price $19 for my wife and I and $15 for our kids but with the coupon it was only $17.28 for us and $13.64 for them. Either way full price or coupon price it was worth the price.
Dixieland is not a huge park but there are plenty of things to do if you have a family with kids. We went on a Sat and we saw a reptile show, won free tickets to come back in another show and saw a fireworks show that night. Yes thats right Dixieland has fireworks now and honestly they are VERY good! The big fire ball made my daughter hide behind me but it was a great show. We did not have any issues with employees and ride lines were not long at all compared to the hour+ waits we had at 6 flags. Over all we had a great time and will be back to use our free tickets!
Hmmmm, look into it first...Six Flags may still be worth it!. The first time we visited Dixieland we kinda liked it. In fact, we did like it. They didn't have that much to do, but our kids found rides that they liked and were able to ride them repeatedly without waiting long (if at all). The next few times it was just something to do, just mediocre. The last time....which I hope will be our VERY last time, I found it boring and some of the ride attendants were NOT attending. I won't go into the issue because it probably doesn't happen all day everyday, but I will say that it left me feeling like we should have spent our money elsewhere. The prices aren't very good considering there really aren't many attractions. There were more rides a year ago, since then they've closed some down. The first trip in comparison to the last were like night and day. We are NO longer fans of Dixieland.
GREAT PARK!!!!. I highly recommend this park to everyone whether you have a family or not I've gone there with my kids and without and this is just an all around great park. IF you can't have fun here you can't have fun anywhere. Highly recommended!!!!!!!
