Excellent Customer Service from Technicians to Billing !. This is my first-time writing a review, but I am so pleased with E E I just had to write. Besides I dont always make it to the keypad in time so Ive had the luxury of speaking with the Monitoring service more than once, twice, well a lot ! Here's my story - I just recently purchased my 3rd home, to my advantage the home was prewired. "Mark" the technician came out to my home as discussed. The technician explained the options that were available for me to recieve the maximum protection for my family at an affordable price. He did it all in LAYMENS-terms. He was punctual, friendly, professional, and the price again was affordable. Ive used other WORLD-WIDE alarm services but neither 1 of those "CORPORATE-COMPANIES" could beat the #1 Customer Service, the #1 Technical Service, and the #1 Price that I have received from EE Armored Protection. Thanks EE, Keep up the Great Work- Good prices along with Great Customer service is still ALIVE ! I even called Mark back to install 1of those fancy - smancy Key fob-thingies!

great security for the price!!. very pleased so far. Have had service a little over a month. Excellent customer service and great price compared to some other companies. My husband sells systems and agrees this is a great deal.

Decent service, bad contract. The monitoring service seemed decent and the monthly price was fair, but the long term contract is not good. If you can negotiate a month to month service at a good price then I would recommend this service, but definitely stay away from the long term contract.
