Excellent Experience

The staff is friendly and W T did something you don't normally see. They got my repair done on-time and for a fraction of what the dealership wanted. Based on my first time going here, I would definitely go again if I have the need for a service repair. If your in Woodstock, this is the place to go for vehicle repairs.

I have not only received outstanding customer service from WT but great repair work as well! WT employees are very nice and no matter what you bring to them they have a solution for you at an extremely low price. I have had my car worked on three times there and every time WT employees have gone above and beyond to help me out. I would highly recommend WT Standard to everyone! Thanks guys, I’ll see you again soon more than likely (knowing my luck with cars).

Straight Up

I met Chris Smith four years ago when he began servicing my company vehicle and continue to give him all the work on my personal vehicle. Each time I have visited WT Standard, he has always been ready to start the work when I get there at my appointment time and normally has it finished right on time or before.

The most important thing is that the work is done correctly the first time. I have never had to return because things were not working properly after the repair. For those of you in an industry that relies on the best in customer service wil not be disappointed when you take your car to Chris and his staff.

To sum it up, the work is "dealership quality" without the "dealership price" or "dealership pressure" to purchase service that is not required. Communication is always clear and they definitely care about how I feel regarding the experience. A class act!
