Wrong quote, ripped me off

I shopped around to fix my door that had been bent forward towards the hood. The door was almost ripped off the hinges and wouldn't open or close.

WT Standard gave me the lowest quote. All of my quotes included: labor, paint, and a new door.

Unfortunately WTS estimation guy, Daniel (or something) forgot the door hinges, which every other place I talked to said that they came with the new door. Daniel didn't tell me their doors don't come with them, for some reason.

The doors from everywhere weren't the color of my truck. Luckily, WTS found one that matched my car. So I thought I was getting a deal- I no longer had to pay for a paint job.

But after adding on the door hinges and all their extras. They WERE STILL MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER PLACES!! By over $100. And they didn't even have to paint the door!!

Be WEIRYof this place!!!

WT Standard quoted us a price over the phone and we agreed to let them fix our car even though we had another place 45 minutes away $80 cheaper . We live near this WT Standard so we decided to let them fix it due to convenience. When we picked up our car they charged us $83 more and the price that was quoted to us by the General Manager of this store . This came to a total of $155 more than another service shop only 45 minutes away. The GM was unwilling to work with us and told us he had misquoted us on the phone and pretty much too bad. I will never take a vehicle in our family here again convient or not its not worth $155 than what they originally quoted.
