Great customer service. I'm in the military and was unable to be home for Mother's Day. They were very helpful over the phone and ensured that a beautiful arrangement was delivered the day of. My mother loved them!

You are NOT my Valentine. What a huge disappointment! My husband has been a long standing customer of Brenda's House of Flowers in Woodstock, but he will be a customer no more. He ordered a flower arrangement for me for Valentine's Day 2012 as one component of a well planned evening. He ordered well ahead of time and was assured of delivery and satisfaction. The flowers didn't show up until after 8:00 that night! Only after we were both disappointed and he was embarrassed that the flowers didn't appear to be coming. It spoiled the whole evening and by the time they did show up he was fuming. Had he known that they booked more deliveries than they could handle he would have picked them up personally.

The arrangement was a disappointment as well. The arrangement idea was a good one but it was executed poorly. Some of the flowers were shedding and dead by the very next day. When my husband called to express his dissatisfaction he was brushed off. Instead of offering to refund the delivery fee (at the very least) he was simply told "Oh well.....sorry". We were surprised and saddened buy this experience with them and even more so by their reaction to our disappointment.

They showed no interest in making things right thereby losing a good customer who will never purchase from them again.

Every order is more beautiful than the last. I used Brenda's when I managed the gift shop at Kennestone Hospital. Every day their flowers were more beautiful than the last. Now I use them for my friends and family and I have the same experience. They are not florists - they are artists.

Service to a T. This is truly a service oriented florist. I have tried

other florist and always go back to Brenda's for

the quality or their arrangements, their affordablility

and their personal touch to everything they do!

Highest Quality Flowers-Best & Most Knowlegable Staff-Unique Floral Designs. I first started using Brenda's House of Flowers 7 years ago. The company I work for, its owners and most of the employees recommended them to me when I first moved to Georgia...And I am glad they did. When I order flowers personally or for my company, Brenda's staff calls me by name, they have learned what I like and don't like and are always very courteous and helpful. If you want real personal service, fantastic looking fresh flowers and receive the best value for your money...Use Brenda's House of Flowers!!!!

I read one of the reviews saying they had a problem with their flowers...All I can say is if they would have just called and told them the problem, I am sure it would have been rectified. Once I sent flowers to s dear friend and was unhappy with the arrangement and called in to complain. I was ready for a battle. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I was told by the customer service person the following: We value you as a customer and want to keep you happy. Please let me know what we can do to make you happy? I told them I wanted a new arrangement sent at no charge. I was told it would be done immediately...and it was.

The very next day, I received an beautiful arrangement with a card apologizing for the problem and it was signed by the owners. What more can you ask for...even when a mistake was made. I will trust any business that is willing to stand behind their products and go the extra mile to keep me as a customer!

Poor quality of flowers, they did't look the price. I have used florist in the Marietta/Woodstock area for years. Brendas House of Flowers is not a florist I would have anyone use. The flowers that I had delivered to Woodstock Funeral Home didn't hold up, they were shedding before the night was over and the Stargazers were wilting. If anyone wants a florist that uses poor quality flowers and that look like something you picked up out of the garbage then use Brendas. I would not suggest them to anyone!!!!!!!!!!

They are preffect in every way. Thank God a flower shop who goes out of thier way for you . I will trust them with all my flower needs

Best Customer service Best Quality of flowers. Brenda's goes that extra mile to assure i was ahppy , I have never used such a well rounded and easy to please flower shop, Their staff goes out of their way in short notice to make sure you get what you want and thats its there in a timely fashion , i am truely impressed with this flower shop they are truely one in a million.
