Wow, an HONEST company!!!. We had an utterly bad experiance with another company, (see my review of Rooter Plus to see what happened)!!!

When I was exhausted and drained, I called Skyline to help us out.

When the tech showed up, he was honest and respectable. He even helped us fix some botched work from the other company for FREE.

We spent a total of $300 with the other company when we fired them for asking for ANOTHER $460 to fix something apparently EXTREMELY easy to fix. Skyline charged us $195 to fix the remaining problem and told us that they don't upcharge for every little thing, explaining just how screwed we had been from Rooter Plus.

Rooter Plus baited us with a really low price (it didn't stay low for long).

The only complaint from Skyline is that when we called on Saturady morning originally, we got an answering service instead of an owner or tech. The lady couldn't answer our questions but said she would get someone to call back. That is why we didn't go with them in the first place.

However, after Rooter Plus screwed us over we gave Skyline another call.

I wish I had waited for that call back. ..... I will NEVER use another septic company again. The tech was so kind and honest, understood we were on a budget, and was fast and efficient. My husband was happy when he at the end of this experiance.

I now proudly display thier magnet on our fridge!
