Terrible Experience! Initially I had a consultation and provided pictures and instructions. 1st appointment - color ok but hair cut was not as I requested. 2nd appointment a week later to get the cut better. Haircut was still not what I requested and it was like I had two different cuts going on. 3rd appointment a week later with a different person. I showed this person my photos and provided instructions on how to cut the back. This was a disaster cut. Way too much hair cut off the back and little highlights remaining in back from the 1st appointment. Salon’s solution is a $20 salon credit since there is nothing they can do about the color in back now because it is way too short. I will not be back in this salon and allow another person there to touch my hair with a pair scissors. If they cannot do what I requested, I would have preferred they tell me and then I would have gone somewhere else. Now I’m out money and hair. I am very unhappy with this salon and will not be return or recommend.

Friendly Staff and Great Service. When you walk in the doors you are greeted by friendly people who check you in and offer you a drink. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing.

I see Kelly for all my hair needs. She is fantastic and always does a wonderful job. I have been seeing her for 12 years and wouldn't let anyone else touch my hair!

Prices listed online are lies. Called to make a waxing appointment after reading about on CitySearch. Before getting off phone, I confirmed price as listed on their Web site. The receptionist told me there was a slight price increase. That increase turns out to be double the price still listed online! It is also double the price other salons charge.

Comfortable Style!!. Great people! Comfortable enviroment! The stylists at Chris Nicholson are wonderful and did a great job on my color and cut. Up on the current styles and will give you exactly what you ask for. Love it!
