WORSE THAN THE GREENHOUSES. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT MOVING IN TO THIS PLACE. i know it is close to KSU(i walk to class all the time) but it is not worth the rude staff and the conditions of these apartments which is AT BEST mediocre. the day i moved in i saw a bug or two, the next day i saw 20 AT LEAST... they had someone come and spray for OVER A MONTH and yet i still had bugs. the paint is chipping off places on the inside and out on the porch. I received a citation because my TRASH WAS TOO FULL. and yes, i mean the trash in the trash can, inside my apartment. i had a friend come over and bring a dog. we first got told to leave the pool, which i understand because it is their job to tell you the rules. we then proceeded to takw the dog to stay in my apartment while we were at the pool.. the dog decided it had to go to the bathroom outside the building, the manager(who's name would be joelle) told me, and i quote, "i know youre going to clean that up.." so, i dont know about you, but i dont appreciate it one bit when i'm a customer to a company and i get treated this way. later that day i received a letter stating that they have found out i am keeping a pet and i now owe the office TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS... even though two of the women working at the office asked me if it was my dog, and i told them no, it was a friends who is visiting me. after saying this, they told me that it was alright for that day and to takwe the dog inside. so i suggest this place is you are looking to be talked down to as a customer and having roaches a moth's all around your apartment. HORRIBLE SERVICE, MEDIOCRE AT BEST APARTMENTS(even though i have one of the "upgraded" units), RUDE AND IGNORANT STAFF, CABINETS THAT ARE FALLING OF THE HINGES, AND CHIPPING PAINT..... then feel free to live here, if not.. i suggest moving elsewhere.

Much better since new management company took over. I'm surprised by some of the other reviews. I've lived here for a couple of years and there have never been any "driveby shootings" or arrests since I've moved here. I have noticed a big difference since the new management company took over. They have done a lot of remodeling to the apartments and the office staff is really nice.

I chose to live here because I was looking for a nice apartment at a good price which is really hard to find in Kennesaw because many of the apartment complexes around here jack up their rates. I love living here because it's close to school, the mall, restaurants, etc. It's nice to be close to everything.

I plan on staying here but I'm probably going to move into one of their upgraded apartments. The leasing office let me look at the model and I really like the cherry wood cabinets and granite countertops.

This is the only complex that I found that had nice apartments at a good price. Just thought I'd post something since most people who are happy don't post positive reviews.

Filthy, dangerous place. Don't move here!. Not safe!!! Drive by shooting, kick ins, an armed robbery, recent arrests of residents dealing heroin. Lighting poor, making it easy for someone to hide in shrubbery or just outside breezeways.

Since the bus stops out front of the complex, many buildings have problems with strangers from other apartment complexes using their breezeways as a short cut. Some of them ride bicycles or skateboards through the hallways. Many of them drop snack wrappers, bags and cans on their way through.

Not that many of the residents are any better. Hallways are filthy, with smelly trash bags frequently sitting outside apartment doors. Broken glass, dog feces, bags of fast food trash and beverage bottles and cans are everywhere in what little remains of the grassy places and the large muddy bare areas. Residents just open their car doors and toss their trash in the parking lot.

Landscaping and cleaning is only done up front next to the clubhouse and model apartment. Cars speed through the complex, making it unsafe to walk with pets or children.

Air conditioning and heating units are ancient and insulation is poor. You pay a portion of the entire complex electric bill and it's sky high because of that. Tough to stomach that bill when your apartment air or heat is running 24 hours a day and your apartment is still too hot or too cold.

Rules forbid dangerous breeds of dogs, but no one enforces the rule, so there are several pit bulls here. Leash law seems to just be a suggestion that is regularly ignored.

Don't be lured into this place by low rent and smiling faces in the office telling you how many things are going to be done right after you move in, like new landscaping and fresh paint. Newest assistant (?) manager (or maybe she's the new manager) needs to lose her nasty, superior attitude and actually walk through the community sometime.

I will be breaking my lease as soon as I can find another place.
