Awesome rolls, not so awesome chicken. I LOVED the rolls! My alfredo was tasty too!

But the "grilled" chicken in my pasta, UGH. It was devoid of any seasoning and though the menu says it's grilled and it had grill marks on it, it definitely didn't taste like it had been grilled.

awesome family italian!. Ippolitos has the best garlic rolls I have ever had in the state of GA. Their food is amazing!

Last time I checked, the garlic rolls are free. They are a nice treat for customers. How can you complain about something that you get for free? (Beggars can't be choosers?) Unless you are allergic to garlic and cheese, stop your bitching! How can you base your whole review on something you did not even pay for. You must have a lot of spare time!

Everytime I have dined at Ippolitos, I have experienced excellent customer service. The management and staff is very friendly and down to earth... not fake like coporate restaurants. They have always catered to my needs! The food is amazing! I've probably had just about everything on the menu. I've been dining there for years, and I would most definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone!

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!!. Placed a to-go order and requested rolls to have butter only. Upon arriving home I noticed that rolls had cheese on them and I contact Sarah (Mgmt) who took order and informed her of the problem. Sarah informed me "that the next time I order the rolls I need to specify no garlic and no cheese"!

I have never encountered such rudeness from Mgmt, ever! Especially since it was stated up front for the rolls to have butter only. I sent an e-mail to Corporate office and as of 7-1-08 no response has been received regarding addressing problem.

MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!

My Favorite Local Italian Restaurant. I've lived in Atlanta for almost 8 years now, and I'm ashamed to say that I only recently tried Ippolitos. Previously, my family had frequented Scalini's, but Ippolitos far surpases them both service and food-wise.

I've been to the Kennesaw location 3 times now and the Alpharetta location once. Service is outstanding at each of the locations and the food is nothing but excellent. I've brought family there from out-of-town (Philadelphia, PA where they have a lot of great Italian) and they absolutely loved it! I've ordered a different meal each time I've been there and have tried my wife's meals as well. I love it all! Great pasta... great sauces... yummy yummy rolls. Just don't get filled up on the rolls because they bring out a lot of food. Pretty much everyone leaving the restaurant takes a box with them.

I can't say enough about Ippolitos! Go and try it!

Soggy Salads. On both of my visits here, I think they forgot to drain the water from my salad. It was hard to get past the sogginess of the salad. The Lasagna is excellent, but the ravioli's aren't any better than your store boughten freezer brand.
