This is my new favorite Sushi and Thai restaurant in all of Atlanta. Absolutely everything I have ordered has been delicious!

Loved the old place, hate the new I was a loyal customer for years, and I loved going to the old location. I had gone to the new location twice and each time I had been disappointed with the food, service, and selection. The old place had good Thai food, good Hibachi, and great sushi. They use to have a great sushi selection, and I loved the Monday and Tuesday sushi night. They had good employees that gave good service. The new place had opened in June of 2012. The new location has mediocre food that is higher priced, a smaller menu, and a poor sushi selection and the service had diminished. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I will be looking for a new place to eat.

My husband and I met for lunch yesterday. I am a vegetarian and love eating healthy food and the choices Fuji Hana provides.

Unfortunately, our experience yesterday was not a pleasant one. My husband ordered extra celery. He did let the server know he did not receive it and please take it off the bill. Our server disappeared for some time. The manager came over to our table and appeared to be very accusatory and said the chef sliced the celery thinly. My husband still had his meal in front of him and showed the manager his meal. My husband has been asking for extra celery with his meals from Fuji Hana even when their location was across from the mall. And you can tell there was extra celery in the past. My husband explained this and the manager said they were the same chefs and know what they are doing. When my husband and I left the restaurant, we sat in our car and both said how uncomfortable that made us feel. It was just extra celery and was made into a big deal.

We have eaten here several times since they have opened in their new location. We live around the corner. I believe in being patient when a big move occurs, menus and staff change. We kept going even though the service is not great. Please have your staff smile and ask if everything is okay and know what the table ordered.

One other thing, we noticed each time we ate here the miso and onion soup bowls are wet all over. It's sloppy.

I am in quality improvement. I would like to know why I lost customers and be better. On the good side, the food is wonderful.

Love the vegetarian options. Awesome. Been coming since it opened, they always do a great job. Sure sometimes the server is not top notch but usually are, and having the same sushi chefs says a lot about how great a place it is.

Amazing Sushi-Making Cooking Class at Fuji Hana. I bought a Groupon for myself and husband to take their sushi making cooking class and had a blast. Jack is the instructor and was amazing. We learned so much about how to make all different kinds of sushi rolls and rice. The sushi was so fresh and delicious. You get to eat your sushi you make after and we made a ton of food. We drove from Decatur and everyone in the class was from different areas of town also, so it is worth the drive if you dont live in the neighborhood of the restaurant. We have recommended this class to all of our family and friends.

Fuji Hana. My wife and I went in for a nice lunch. We were seated at a cold hibachi. We ordered our meals and were served excellent onion soup and salads. Then we WAITED, We assumed that they were cooking out food at one of the other hibachis that were going and in active use. About 20 minutes after we finished our salads, I started asking when our food was going to be delivered. I then went up and spoke to the hostess.

We were in the restaurant for between 40 and 45 minutes when we left. A chef was just coming out to our hibachi to start cooking. Who knows how long it would have taken to heat the grill and cook our food?

If you have a long weekend to spend waiting for your food, this might be a good choice. If you want to eat a meal the same day that you order it, you might choose a different spot.

I like it alot!!!!!. love this restrauant. It is a lovely place to eat the only thing is that I think that the waiting service could be alittle nicier. One time I didn't get my drink until the man was almost done cooking the food . But I would recommend it very cheap and good quality food.
