Do not Work For Woodland Terrace At The Oaks Allentown. Good neighbor care bought out Sunrise and changed the name to Woodland Terrace. I worked there and never was treated so bad. I was expected to work overtime and not get paid for it. The executive Director Would gossip about the empmoyees behind their back anf spread rumors. You where expected to care for the residents, wait tables and laundry and clean the rooms.

They forced out the only good supervisor we had only because she worked with us. And they abused her and expected her to work long hours etc. Do not put your loved ones in that place. I quit because the new DOW told me to go scrub urine off the floor after the resident urinated on the floor(on purpose). I was told that if I did not clean the urine to go home. I went home. Employees are quiting on a daily basis because of the poor working conditions. STAY AWAY.

THE PROBLEMS. The problem with this place is the corporation since they"ve taken Grace Assisted Living over and renamed it Good Neighbor Care there has been constant instability. Employees from the top to bottom have changed constantly. They also wanted to charge the residents $150.00 extra a month if they did not use their preferred pharmacy. The only reason I give it a two star rating is because many of the employees that work there or worked there really try to take care of the residents.
