What happened to your excellent customer service????

After being a satisfied customer for over 7 + years, this recent call for emergency service has proven to be a case of "what happened???
After our air conditioner started blowing warm air, and since we've never had an issue with them, Ragsdale was called........
Mind you this was the first week of June, deemed as the hottest week so far this year.
Unable to make it out the first day, a rep Jason arrived the 2nd and proceeded to made nasty comments on the state of our filter. He later concluded we needed a blade for AC.
The inside of our house was approximately 100% while we waited 5 DAYS for the part to arrive.
It was my fault for waiting 5 DAYS for a part to arrive when in 2009, if it's located, why should it take this long????
Ummm....think FedEx or UPS overnight.
Jason was immature and unprofessional, in addition to the office female staff, who swore she stated the part would be in Thursday not Tuesday, as she stated earlier.
Additionally, due to my health, the heat induces medical aliments and I truly suffered those 5 1/2 days.
Absolutely, I was not the perfect docile customer and this tech Jason advised a neighbor who is in the same line of work, that I was a "rattlesnake" etc....
Upon his returned he advised my husband how's he glad to work with him and not "his wife", me.
This "rattlesnake" of a wife keeps our house running singlehandedly and decides which businesses we use.
You are FIRED as Jason should be as well!

- Cons: Customer Service has gone down....Immature personnel
