Thank You Chris For Outstanding Service. The service technician that was sent to my home had excellent people skills. He was able to speak to me in a professional manner in spite of my being upset. He told me what was wrong, he fixed the problem, he gave me instructions to prevent future problems. This note is to thank Chris for outstanding service!

Thank You So Much. The new unit installation went well overall. The techs were nice and did a good job. I thought the return air grill could have been done a little better since it is still crooked and sticks out of the wall quite a bit more on one side. However, I do realize that no job is ever going to be done perfect. Thanks.

Very good, professional and thorough. Our new furnace seems to be working much better and quieter than our old one. Our new thermostat may be off on the start time in the morning. We are still checking it. Thanks for everything and for being so prompt and quick. And for putting up with our dogs!!

Hope it lasts longer than 15 years.. We were amazed and disheartened to learn that our 15-year old furnace could not be speedily repaired because no parts were available nationwide. (not your fault, but still disgraceful). You installed an expensive new furnace for us, which is running well, and which we just had inspected. Hope it lasts longer than 15 years. thanks.
