Thank You. We have had our issues getting the heating system working but you kept at it until the cause of the malfunction was determined and you repaired it immediately

Lack of Respect. Not sure everyone else's experience, but we called Precision to fix our A/C. It has been 90+ for 3 weeks of course. They said it would 2 1/2 days (Monday to Wed afternoon). Thats bad enough - on Wednesday they said they never said it would be Wednesday. Basically I asked for a commitment and could not get one or get any manager to call me back I will never use Precision again. I can't take being "miss informed" (a.k.a lie) Basically businesses who don't respect me and my time and their word - don't get my patronage. You can decide if this was abnormal, but once was enough for me

You Have A Great Company. The person who did our repair was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. If most of your employees are like him, your company is very well off

Thank You For Helping Us. After spending $3400 on new 95% efficient furnace, thermostat was not operational on zone one of the system, your professional tech came back out on 1/26/10 and checked it out and replaced thermostat--took time to show me and explain all his steps to me--very professional and a classy representative of your company! we look forward to saving. thx
