I have always found their service techs to be knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous. Ed has been my tech for the last two visits and i find him to be very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Thank Precision!. I have used Precision Heating for the past 10 years for maintenance, replacement, and service. I have never had a problem with them. They arrive on time, cheaper in price ( if not pretty reasonable anyway), courteous, and very professional and knowlegeable. Sorry to hear people have had bad experiences with them. I have and will continue to have a lifetime relationship with Precision HVAC. They have always come to my rescue. Thank Precision!
