Yes their customer service sucks

These people really have poor customer service. I went in last week to check out some bikes and hopefully ride one home. I was their for about 30 min and never even got to tell someone hello. No one said anything to me. I actually tried to get the sales man attention by waving him over but he just turned around and went the other way. Have you ever got that feeling that you weren't welcomed? Well that's how I felt so I decided to leave and not to do business with them. Needless to say I wont be taking my new Vulcan to get services their even though they are the closest Kawasaki.

DO NOT BUY FROM METRO! Bought a sport bike. After pulling away the bike would cut off occasionally when not on the throttle then cut off all together in the first month, their website states "all units are thouroughly checked and in A+ running condition", HA WHAT A JOKE! TOOK IT BACK TO THEM AND THEY FIND THE BIKE HAS CORRODED WIRES, GAS TANK VACUUM HOSE CAME COMPLETELY OFF, TAIL LIGHTS WERE JACKED UP AND STOPPED WORKING, BEWARE, YOU MIGHT DIE ON A METRO CYCLE BIKE! THEN THEY MADE ME PAY FOR THE REPAIR AND SAID THEY OFFERED A WARRANTY! TOTAL BS, NOT ONLY THAT, MANAGER WAS A TOTAL A-HOLE, THIS PLACE COULD CARELESS ABOUT YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE
