Dr. is great - staff is horrible

Everytime you call you get a automated service and sometimes no one picks up - the staff who answer and take appts are very rude-I got into it with one of them before-DR is great though-super nice-so you have to weigh out the pros and the cons-sometimes the wait in the lobby is super long

AVOID THIS PRACTICE.... DO NOT USE THEM

You call them to get an appt and the phone is never picked up sometimes.. It some sort of answering center. When they do you usually get a foreign person who speaks very little english and it takes some time to get an appt even for an existing client. I went to the office and asked for an appt (in Cartersville) and the girl, yes I said girl, at the desk was among the laziest, rudest person I have ever met.. I called to complain about the service and was told to pick up my records. I have used this practice for years and this is what they do to you.. I hope and pray that someone will hold their staff accountable in Cartersville because I am taking my business to Marietta Dermatology. They are so much more professional..

PS the nurses always act like you are a bother...
