Im wowed! Love my floors. Wonderful place, great selections...was going to buy first, but saved tons on seconds and they were open about what was to be seen as the second. We used Matthew to install our floors. A wonderful young man and we love our floors. I now have had four friends buy their floors there and now we all have the best looking floors in our neighborhood, Thanks to everyone at Pugs Rugs.

seconds sold as firsts. how can wood that has a "2" on the back of it be first quality? It wouldn't fit together and right out of the box you could see the waviness of the board. To compound it the owners and their children treated us rudely, acted like it was our fault and an "inspector" who blamed the issue on moisture in our crawl space(DUH-Humidity was 100% that day due to thunderstorms dummy)! It became apparent the product was 2nds sold as first quality after we bought flooring to complete the job from a different stoor. the flooring fit great and guess what? NO 2'S ON THE BACK OF THIS FLOORING? INTERESTING........

Most unprofessional company I`ve ever dealt with..
Bought flooring on 5/19/09 My name was put on the flooring and a sold sign affixed.I went back 5/26/09 and the flooring had been sold.the owner was very rude ,She tried to get me to take another color.I refused. it would not match the flooring already installed.She said it was an accident. Not So. you don`t pull paid and a name off and call it an accident.I explained to her that I have 2 men from south carolina here to install the flooring she said this was not her problem. however I had to pay the men $200.00
for their trip.I would not reccomend this company to any of my friends.I bought what i wanted at LUMBER LIQUIDATORS $200.00 cheaper.
