THEY ARE TERRIBLE we took in a lab puppy that was 3 days old that was gasping and wining and was weak and they wouldn't give it a shot because i didn't have 60 dollars on me at that time i had half but they had to have full. from a animal lover i would never recommend them!!!!!!

I liked them!. I really enjoyed my experience at Oak Mountain 01/0711. Dr. Zercoe must have replaced some staff. The people I dealt with were kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend a visit and will bring my pet back.

Worst Vet EVER!!!. The office staff and especially "Office Manager" are extremely rude and disrespectful! And they try to rip you off! The prices they quote you over the phone are 5x less than what they actually charge you. Do not board unless you want animal back in horrible condition! Avoid!!!

super friendly. This place is the best! I recently got a puppy, and have been taking her there to get her shots. The staff is amazing and is always excited to see us. They take the time to be friendly and get to know you. They really know what they're doing and get it done efficiently. I really wouldn't take my puppy anywhere else. The staff has gotten a ton better over the last couple of months, and I couldn't be happier with them! The doctor knows what she's doing and really cares about the animals. Awesome Place!

THE WORST ANIMAL HOSPITAL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!!. Honestly, I have never been so disappointed in any animal hospital. I took my dog in for a shot that normally takes 2 minutes at the most, and these women made me wait close to TWO HOURS!! They asked me for my name close to FOUR TIMES, they were not organized and did not communicate between each other. They did not even know where my file was even though i have been there many times. An emergency came in and these girls, not women just stood there, and had no idea what to do. They claimed that there was only one doctor and that is why they couldn't administer the shot, but a woman who was sitting in the waiting room talking had the nerve to call herself a doctor.After I approached these girls, i asked them how long it would be while they stood there and gossiped. They told me it would be a very long time, although i had waited for two hours. I have been to many animal hospitals and i have been there and these girls were capable of administering the shot to make my dog better and chose not to. They have no work ethic, and do not deserve any businiess.This animal hospital should be shut down, and do not give their patients any sort of service. I would not recommend Oak Mountain Animal Hospital to anyone!!!!
