Not a good Longhorn !.
I had been given a couple of gift cards to Darden Resturants and decided to go to the Longhorn's in Canton, GA Sunday night 10/30. Bad Mistake!
The bread was, as always, delicious. The salads were wilted, and warm as well as about half as big as they used to be. The house dressing was really good, as always, just not enough of it. I ordered the 16oz. T-bone and asked that it be "almost medium, slightly pink inside". My wife had the small fillet cooked medium.
My wife's steak was an unrecognizable piece of meat. Fillets are supposed to be round in shape - this one was anything but. Triangular shaped fillets are the very end of the loin and the grain is not the same as a real fillet. My wife's was tough and very over cooked.
I wish I could have weighed my "16oz" T-bone. It was barely 1/4 of an inch thick, had one bite of tenderloin, and was red and bleeding at the bone. So much for pink inside. Sent it back and it was still blood red. All in all, for the $52.19 that this "meal" cost, it was an extreme rip - right down to the $2.49 for a glass of tea!
Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Waffle House serves a better T-bone for a lot less money.

National chain rustles up rib eyes, T-bones and fillets in a kid-friendly, Lone Star-inspired setting..
In Short
One of the country's most successful steakhouse empires attracts a casual crowd with huge, reasonably priced steak dinners and a tempered Texan milieu (country music and imposing cattle busts). Wise diners turn off their internal calorie counters, as many menu items arrive fried, covered in cheese, or both. A typically rich meal starts with cheese fries, followed by a blue cheese-crusted fillet. Fried cheesecake ends the night on a note of Texas-sized decadence.

Avoid Friday and Saturday nights, but consistently great food and service.
Since we have a young one, we tend to go out for lunch on weekends instead of dinners. This place is always so friendly and courteous to us, even with a toddler in tow. The service is consistently good, the food is consistently tasty and matches with other Longhorns around North Atlanta and I've never had a bad experience at this place.

Franchise, but very consistent!!!.
Great steaks, (better than Outback)...great salmon...ribs are good too...very friendly, but certainly not the quietest place in town...usually crowded, but never a problem getting seated fairly quickly...filet w/ bleu cheese is awesome!!!
