DONT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
by asandov1
These guys are a bunch of monkeys working in a store. From the mechanics, to the front desk guy. I took in my old moto guzzi classic motorcycle and 3months later not only did i NOT have a working bike, but these guys actually WORSENED the condition of my bike, never updated me on any of the work, and charged me 250buks. Everytime i called to see if they were making progress they gave me a diferent excuse. They kept my motorcycle outside in a weed filled lawn protected by a single chain link fence, rusting to the elements, crammed next to other bikes, with a liability waiver hanging up saying they weren't responsible for anything. When i got fed up and told them i needed the bike, the desk guy started cussing. Not only are these a**holes unproffessional and completely unethical, but they have no clue around a motorcycle. I finally took my bike to a custom builder. Dont get tricked by their low prices. They gave me back a bike that didnt run,had scratched chrome, and a completely damaged gas tank.
Never Again

I had my bike in 3 times for the same problem. It still has the problem and Mike (the owner) has hundreds of my dollars.
In the three times it was there, he first blamed an associate he said he fired for the problem, the next he blamed me. The last he kept bike for over two weeks (note this was NOT a parts issue) and told me he would get to it when he felt like it.
The owner can be outgoing and friendly, he can also be a punishing bully. Rather than fight about it anymore, I just wrote the money off as a loss and will seek a more reliable and stable mechanic.
I don't recommend you ever take anything to this horror shop.
- Pros: Seems Friendly
- Cons: Loud, abusive, takes forever and doesn't fix problem.
