Horrible Service. I've ordered from this restaurant numerous, numerous times. I know when they are busy and 6:00 on a Sunday night, busy they are not. So when it took over one hour and forty-five minutes for my food to arrive, I was irritated. And this after two phone calls to the restaurant only to be talked over and argued with by the woman that answered the phone.

When the driver arrived I let him know that the agreed to 50 minute delivery wait was acceptable but the additional 55 minutes was not. He explained that the restaurant was busy. I explained to him that I frequently order from this restaurant and delivery is getting consistently worse and I understand that the restaurant may have been busy, thus I agreed to a 50 minute delivery time, not 1 hr. 45 minutes. He had the nerve to argue with me. Needless to say his tip was nothing and I won't ever order from this place again.

Terrible Service and Attitude. We used to call Mandarin House regularly for take out. While it's a bit pricey for Chinese, it was convenient. Tonight was the last time -- my husband called and ordered dinner and it took more than 2 hours to arrive. And it was cold. When I called to complain the woman was arguing with me and beligerant. She was not at all interesting in making a happy customer. In fact, her response was, "Just don't order here anymore." I won't. The food is decent, but overpriced and the service and attitude is lousy.
