First Baptist Church of Duluth is a church with a wide variety of ministries for every age group. We are seeking to love God, love people, and serve others in all that we do. From our Weekday Pre-school to our English as a Second Language classes and Spanish as a Second Language class and from our Food Pantry ministry to our local mission endeavors, we want to make a difference in the area around us. Our active worship ministry, excellent discipleship programs, Senior Adult ministries, and innovative children's programs and activities provide ways for people of all ages to worship God, serve Him through serving others, and learn more about God's love and His plan for our lives. Recent Mission trip destinations include South Georgia, Tennessee, India, Mexico, and our sister city of Duluth, Minnesota. Come and join us in worship at 10:50 a.m. every Sunday morning. Sunday School begins at 9:30, and during the school year we also have Wednesday night classes, Refuge youth worship, Childrens discipleship, music and mssions, and rehearsals.for Adult Choir, Praise Band and Praise Teams, Orchestra, and Golden Notes Senior Adult Choir. God has brought people from all over the world to our doorstep, and we are reaching out with His love to our community, our state, our nation, and the world.

Wonderful Church and Fabulous Preschool!!. If you are looking for a wonderful group of people to worship with, this is a great bunch!

Everyone is friendly and welcoming and they give a really nice welcoming gift to visitors;)

The music is lovely and the preacher is a down-to-earth, tell-it-like-it-is human being.

The youth department is EXCELLENT and the preschool is WAY ABOVE PAR!

Four of my children have gone to FBCD Preschool starting in 1995. Two of them are still there. One is in the Fabulous Kindergarten class with the Incomparable Ms. Mary.

If you are looking for a Kindergarten teacher that REALLY cares about your child (she treats all of the children, even the more difficult ones, with love and respect) and does an ABSOLUTELY SMASHING job at teaching, go see Ms. Mary!

The director, Mrs. Anne Mooney, taught my son back in 1995 and she is the nicest, most even keeled woman a person could meet. She handles all of her "friends" (she calls all of the children "friend" :) with love and does a great job getting through to younger children.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FBCD CHURCH AND ESPECIALLY THE PRESCHOOL!
