I went there to get a sew in. The starting price on the website says 125 and up. I brought my own hair because I did not know they sold hair there. If I knew that I would have bought it. However, they showed me what they had but the hair was not impressive and it looked old. Before I came, I called in ahead of time and they told me it would take only 3-4 hours for the sew-in. It ended up taking 6 almost 7 hours if I did not rush her. The girl that did my hair was extremely slow and she still missed sewing parts of my track. I am so disappointed they didn't even off me a glass of water or ask if I needed to use the bathroom. Never go here if you have things to do.

Feelin’ Good About My Hair. Hello there. If you are re-locating to Atlanta or if you are in need of a good stylist then this review is for you. By writing this [review] it is my hope that you will not have to endure the trials and ordeals that I did over a two year time span in trying to find a good salon home (Boy, do I have some stories).

Salon Baptiste is a multi-cultural salon with a PROFESSIONAL and WARM atmosphere. I recently had my second major service with my stylist Cheryl, who is the owner. On this visit, the focus was color - the first being a [Coppola] Keratin Treatment. As with the Keratin Treatment, I am a highly SATISFIED customer. Number one – she uses an excellent color line [Framesi]. Number two – she highlighted my hair with precision and skill. Number three – she does not cut corners; hair health is the optimum goal. I was also very pleased at how she styled my hair afterwards. She gave me a flirty, fresh and spirited style reflecting my fun-filled personality while keeping me in sync with a corporate persona.

I would encourage you to make an appointment with Salon Baptiste TODAY! You cannot go wrong with any of the stylists – they all do good work with healthy hair being a primary focus. If you are in the mood for a bob, I definitely recommend Nicole. Her bobs have a lot of pizzazz and are cut to perfection with no two looking the same. Dee Dee is a jack of all trades from braiding to roller wraps and Joanne has a knack for transforming her clients from blah to beautiful. Sooo…if you want to go from looking like a zero to looking like a she-ro then Salon Baptiste is for YOU!

Almost cried! (couldn't b/c I'd ruin my makeup). The stylist was very annoyed with me when I scheduled an appointment. She repeatedly stated that I must be on time. I wanted to cancel the appointment, but was pressed for time and had no other place to go. I arrived 5 minutes early and she was 15 minutes late. I asked the stylist to NOT do a specific hairstyle 5 times. She did it anyway. I asked her to redo it another 5 times and she ignored me. The staff was very adamant on how lovely my hair was while I was on the point of tears. I had no choice but to keep the ugly do and pay for it. $65!!!!! It took 3 hours to do and I was late for the special event that I had to attend. I couldn't look at my self in the mirror without tearing up. I will NEVER go back there.
