Tameshia Adams - Phenomenal Job!!!!!. My name is Chanda Abercrombie, and I was fed up with dealing with "Big" insurance companies (State Farm)until I spoke with Tameshia Adams! Tameshia was informative, resourceful and patient. I was very blunt and threw everything at her to see if she could really find a plan that was within my budget without sacrificing my family needs. I must say I was impressed when Tameshia worked out the details of my auto & homeowners insurance. Tameshia was personable yet very professional. I will refer anyone to Tameshia as she's has proven not all "Big" companies lack professionalism & integrity. Thank you Tameshia!!

Ms. Alexandria Ladd was phenomenal. My name is S. Finch, and my Interaction with Ms. Ladd, was a pleasure! I was with Allstate for the last 4 years, and in 1 day, Ms. Ladd found a good enough plan that I had to jump on it!! I felt like she was in the Insurance game for 25 years! Again, the service was phenomenal, and it was my pleasure to pay Alexandria this compliment. I hope she recieves a good pat on the back for her great representation of your company, and getting a new customer thats been loyal with Allstate for 4 years.

Angie Cooper- fantastic account manager. Angie is exactly what a account manager for a business account should be. While the company has been with Lloyd Pro group for sometime, I came into my current position unfamiliar with them- and very interested in seeing how the day to day would be. I'm very impressed with Angie's clear, prompt and professional communications with our staff and with our customers.

Bryan Ashworth has been great too. Good demeanor and good sense when talking about the needs of the company for renewal. It's been a pleasure (and relief) working with such professional people.

Maria Lowery is the best. Maria Lowery is the best agent i've ever worked with, she was very professional and answered all of my questions. The whole switching insurance carriers was the best decision i've made and I will be telling my neighbors and co-workers to call Maria at Lloyd Pro Group!!!!

Angie Cooper is the Absolute Best!!!. I've had my share of business insurance with other companies - However, in comparison, I with been w/ Lloyd Pro Group since 2008 for good reasons. They have always provided me with great account managers since the start of my policies. I truly enjoy working with Angie Cooper, Senior Account Manager, who continues to provide me with excellent customer service and she's great at following up. Angie is always prompt and responsive to all of my request and customer service needs. She's the best!!!

Maria Lowry. This Insurance company is awesome! I got the best customer service and price for my budget. Best of all Maria is timely, friendly, efficient, and knows her stuff. You can talk to her and she can understand what your specific needs are for you and your family. She doesn't try to sell you nonsensical stuff. Once she is aware of your needs she hones in on them and deals with that to get you the best price and adds nothing more. I highly recommend Maria Lowry and Lloyd Pro Group they are the best!
