Lifesaver!!. My daughter's prom dress did not arrive until the Tuesday before the Friday of her prom. We ordered it offline and it was a beautiful dress, but it was too big and too long.We originally took it to another alteration shop that was recommended to me the Tuesday the dress arrived, and was told due to the embellishment there was no way it could be done in such a short time frame...I did not feel that was the case. I felt where there is a will there is a way...I had the will and Chan had the way!! I found Chan online searching hoping to find someone who would be able to alter my daughters dress in such a short time frame and she did an amazzzinnnn job!! The dress fit beautifully and the hem fell perfectly...She did an amazing job in such a short time frame. She has a great attitude and she is very professional...Impressed is an understatement...My family is not originally from Ga, so finding someone to do alterations was challenging and a risk...Chan made it a pleasureable experience and I would reccommend her to any and everyone!! I dont usually write reviews, but the reviews I read on this site helped me to make my final decision and chose Chan Alterations. So I decided to write a review in the hopes I may also help someone who is need of quality work and is stressing and wondering where to go....I promise you , you wont be disappointed!!

Great workmanship!. Ms. Chan has been doing alterations for our entire family for over 15 years. Her workmanship is fantastic. My daughter has had several Homecoming & Prom dresses altered by Ms. Chan. (7) One was quite extensive as it had a train & pickups around the entire skirt of the mermaid style. She altered it beautifuly! (my daughter is only 4ft.11 inches!) She recently altered a bridesmaid dress for us and thank heavens. Everyone else who had it done by the shop where we ordered them paid triple the amount and several had problems with the end result. She has altered pants for my husband as well..never any problems. Very friendly, quality work, and the turn around time is about a week, sooner if you are desperate!! You won't be disappointed!
