Great staff. I have always received excellent service when being helped at Center Stage. I recently produced a film about dancers and needed many supplies. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find the items I needed. I especially appreciate the older blonde lady as she brought the items to me on the set. I intend to purchase all supplies for any films I may do in the future from Center Stage.

I have had nothing but great service from the employee's of Centerstage.. The people who work there know what they are talking about. All of the teachers at my school will only let us go to Centerstage! The store always has what you need and if they are out of something they will order it and get it in quickly. My feet are very difficult to fit in pointe shoes and the ladies at Centerstage always take the time to make sure I get the proper fit. You guys are great! Keep up the good work.

Wonderful customer service. I was sent to this location to get a pair of dance shoes for an upcoming performance. They had the shoes in stock when I called and had the tights I needed. They help the items for three days for me until my producer could get there to pick them up. When I tried the shoes on they did not fit the way that I had hoped they would. I called first thing this morning to exchange them. I was advised what shoe they would suggest and told them I was on my way. I got there only to find out that they did not have the shoe in my size so the employee drove all the way to the marietta store to bring two sizes to the duluth store for me to try. I was sooooo impressed. I also told them on the phone this morning that my danskins seemed a lil snug on me. They made an order for one size larger to be sent via fed ex to ensure that they arrive in time for my dress rehersal on thursday. Furthermore......they are delivering them to my rehersal sight so that I do not have to stress about picking them up. So I now have shoes that I am comfortable in as well as a new pair of danskins coming. They drove over an hour round trip to get the shoes just to be on the safe side with the sizing and are also delivering my tights to my rehersal. I was very shocked to see the bad reviews about this store. I could not have been more impressed!!!! The customer service was outstanding!!!! It was very personal and I felt that they were very knowledgeable. There were three employees in the store one of which was a manager. It was very well organized and other customers were well taken care of. I am sorry that there were other people saying that they had a bad experience however EVERYBODY has bad days and to error is human....especially on a credit card machine. Think of how many times I had to correct things as I was typing this. I give Center Stage a full 5 stars!!!!! I also give all three employees a full 5 stars!!!!

Extremely Knowledgeable Staff. I wanted to be fitted in a new pair of pointe shoes since my old ones just weren't working for me anymore. I heard about this place called Center Stage II Dancewear in a very convienent location over by Gwinnett Mall. I had heard from a ton of my ballerina friends that they were the best around. I decided to try it out and it was the best fitting experience I had ever had. As soon as I walked in the door I was cheerfully greeted and helped. The girls there were very friendly and they spent alot of their time with me helping me to find the best shoe for me. They didn't just stop with one they found me several and then I got to choose the best. It was AWESOME!!! Not to mention my teacher LOVES my shoes!!! I also needed a leotard and tights and every time I needed something there was always someone happy to help. The store was very clean and neatly set up for the ease of every customer. I would definity go back and I plan on it soon. I would also recommend this store to anyone who was a dancer!!!! Those girls ROCK!!!!!

its so bad.. its funny. so i danced for 17 years and the people in there dont know what they are talking about.. maybe one does.. on a GOOD DAY. but i guess all you have to be is a dancer to work in that store.. i knew more than the lady who was fitting me for shoes. they really need to go through some intensive training before they start putting poor little girls into shoes. its sad when the girls from my studio come to me after they get their shoes to ask me if they were given the right shoes. so if you need shoes... i would drive to alabama or somewhere else!! the only use for center stage.. is for emergencies or if you already know what shoes you need..

Completely Incompetent Service. The overweight middle-aged blonde cashier overcharged me by $600 simply because she wasn't looking as she typed my total into the credit card machine. She didn't even notice she'd done it until i pointed it out to her, and then she laughed it off like it was nothing, and proceeded to tell me stories of how she'd made the same mistake and screwed over several other poor, unsuspecting ballerinas in the past. And right after i pointed out the mistake to her, another woman came in off the street asking for directions, so the cashier ignored me for 10 minutes as she tried to tell a non-customer how to find the local Bally Fitness.

As a poor ballerina, i don't have $600 to spare in my checking account, which is now in the red. And the bank says that because of the way the manager attempted to correct the transaction, it could take 30 days for me to get my $600 back. That's 30 days without gas, groceries, etc.

I recommend that you avoid this store at all costs, even if it is the only store in GA that carries 4.5C Freed Studio I's.

I only gave it the one star because 0 stars isn't an option.
