Treated very well. I couldn't have been happier spending my money & getting the quality of a lincoln & with the special treatment my daughter & I recieved at the dealership. We actually had a ball trying this car. We were treated like we were the only person in the world.

Proud escape owner. was very clear on explaining everything as he went over the contract with me. It was a smooth transaction and not at all any pressure or stress during the financial end of the deal . Mr. Frank M. was right there to make sure i was completely satisfied with my vehicle and understood all the functions of my new Escape. I love my new ford excape and feel proud to be an owner of an American made vehicle!!

very refreshing. It is refreshing to get the "royal treatment" from a car dealership. Your salesman, Frank Mercardante was superb! He went beyond the call of duty to assist me with the purchase of my new Ford Focus! His prfessionalistm, knowledge of the prodcut and most important to me his patients was first class!. Thank you. We walked away fro a deal almost two weeks ago, however your folks continued to call asking what could be done to make the deal happen. This is more than any other dealership we've ever worked with.
