Not impressed. The right hand doesn't talk to the left so you have to explain things over and over, a thousand times just to get a refill that is already on the books. You're much better off going to CVS, Walgreens or Rite Aid if you like chains or another small pharmacy that pays attention to detail.
Competent, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful: everything the chain pharmacies are not. Caries a large inventory of medical items not available elsewhere, happy to special order. Outstanding service.
excellent pharmacist with a lackluster supporting cast.. As a repeat customer I would like to compliment the compounding and general pharmacists that work at Reagan's.My family and I have never had issue with any Rx filled and are greeted with smiles and hellos every time we come by. My issues are with the staff or a specific female staff member who when on the phone or in person is short,rude and condescending. I have no idea why she is still allowed to serve in a customer service role. Other reviewers seem to agree.
Problems.... I have had a problem getting my meds every time I have gotten them through Reagan's. I am a dying cancer patient (at the age of 30 no less) and it's very important for me to be able to have my meds on time. Today, I'm waiting for ALL of them to be refilled - I am completely out of everything - and I called to make sure my hospice nurse took care of everything (because they blame her for all the foul ups with my meds). Well, the woman that answered the phone was very short with me, I couldn't speak to the person I asked for, I was told I had to leave my number & they would call back because the woman that answered the phone had a customer in front of her. Yeah, made no sense to me either. I asked if that person was even in today & I was told "Look, I have a customer, you can leave your name & number." Am I not a customer, too? Just because I'm not there in your face doesn't mean I don't deserve good customer service. I don't want to leave my name & number for someone to overlook (as has happened before) mainly because they're about to close in 45 minutes and I KNOW they will NOT call back. And what if the person I asked for wasn't even in today? I'd NEVER get a call back!! If I don't get my meds tonight, I will never use Reagan's again.
They got EVERYTHING!!!. I called them inquiring about several items, they took the time and answered all my questions. And the prices were great
Large selection of orthopaedic equipment, a Conyers fixture. Reagans has been here forever. If you need a special kind of sling or medical equipment they probably have it. They are knowledgable and friendly.
