Best Customer Service I have received in Years!. I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at LongHorn Steakhouse this weekend. I received the best customer service I have received in years. I am so used to going places with poor customer service that I had forgoten what good service felt like. I contacted the manager less than two hours before my party was suppose to start (please keep in mind that this was the weekend before Valentine's day). The manager, Rue Fremichael was very accommodating and made sure we were well taken care of by her staff. She made sure all of my guests had a seat even the ones that were late . She was able keep the party together in one central location. The restaurant was very busy, but somehow she and our server, Rachel made us feel like we were the only ones in the building. I ordered appetizers for everyone. We had the shrimp, chili fries and potatoes and dip. Today is Monday and my guests are still talking about the appetizers. The other food was great too. We feel tlike we truly got our money's worth. Everything turned out great. We were treated so good, we hated to leave. If you are looking for good customer service and good food, this is the place for you!

Great Juicy Welldone Burger. I made my second visit to this particular restaurant the other day and I just had to say my experience was GREAT. The staff continues to check on you and if you're food is not to their satisfication they will send it back. I found out the first time the manager really pays attention to the customers because I was picking over my food and she noticed it. She came to the table and asked what was wrong and she took my food back to the kitchen and had it done RIGHT. It's not easy working in a kitchen but knowing your co-workers will bring food back and request you correct it, really keep the kitchen staff on their job. So I will continue to visit this location. The burger was GREAT the second time just the way I like it well done, not burnt and juicy with flavor.
