kgw1:(. Customer Service SUCKS.........

A friend and I came in and sat down to be waited on. We sat for about 10 mins. Finally my friend got up to ask when someone would be coming to take our order. We were told OH I THOUGHT YOU CAME IN WITH THIS WOMAN THAT CAME TO PICK UP AN ORDER. She's at the counter picking up and we're sitting in a booth. (yeah were together). She came over and took our order. We ordered drinks, jerk chicken & oxtails. The food came out, (WITH ATTITUDE).The food was very good & very spicy. DRINKS, were's the DRINKS. My mouth's on fire, needless to say I can't continue to eat. Server is MIA (missing in action). We finally see her and we ask about the drinks. We get I'm making them now (WITH MORE ATTITUDE). Can you say customer service training. By this time it's time for a manager. We ask is the manager here. NO.... O.K. can you give me a card with his name on it. We get CALL THE RESTAURANT AND ASK FOR HIM. All of this with her back towards us. It's time to go now. The chef did come out to apologize. With this economy I would think you would be happy to see someone come into your establishment to spend money, I guess it's not affecting them. We won't be back.

Great Jamaican Food!. Amazing Food! Nice place tto grab a bite to eat if you love Jamaican Food!! The music is lovely and the servers are friendly. It's not like typical restaurants, so don't expect to have the cloth table covers or napkins. Banana Tree is a family owned-operated business. The OXTAILS are a great menu item!
