We purchased our appliances from Bob
Baileys a year before we were able to install them in our renovated kitchen. They stored them for us and were so flexible when we had to keep changing our installation date. I have recommended to my friends and family that are upgrading their appliances that if you want great service, great prices and to support a local business~ this is the place to go. I will use them over and over again!

Misrepresented Products.
We purchased a JennAir Oven & Microwave Oven from Bob Bailey?s Your Home Appliance Experts. We were replacing a 22yr old Combination Oven & Microwave. Their Appliance Experts talked us into purchasing separate pieces as a matching set. They could save us a lot of money. The day the ovens were installed we found they DID NOT MATCH. We voiced to installer, `they do not match?. We immediately went to Bob Bailey?s and let them know they were not a matching set as viewed in their showroom. They installed completely different products than we were led to believe we were buying. We were directed to take the matter up with JennAir. We hear from JennAir that they are not sold as a matching set as they DO NOT MATCH, but are compatible, coordinating. We spent over $3000.00 for MISMATCHED Oven and Microwave. Bailey?s (owner) is willing to sell the brand new mismatched ovens on consignment and we can purchase something different. What a RIPOFF from the store that has this big Christian sign displayed in front of their business. Bob Bailey?s Your Home Appliance Experts, Misrepresented the product that was sold to us and is not willing to make it right. We filed a report with BBB and Bailey's response was not truthful.

We are sorry to see this false review. We did not sell mismatched products or different products than what the customer ordered as claimed. The only difference in what the customer saw in the showroom & what was installed in their kitchen was the color. We have the stainless steel on our floor & the customer ordered white. Several solutions were offered and refused to try to make her happy. The customer also brought the issue up with JennAir & they too were unable to satisfy her.

wow. loved them when we were shopping for appliances. trying to get a response from them after they are installed and we've got problems, not so much.
