This is an unsubstantiated claim by a customer. She did not want to pay $3 admission on our Wed night discount night, after her children got in with free passes that we provided for them. We charge EVERYONE admission on our discount nights (Mon & Wed), whether they are skating or not. She witnessed 3 women walking in & ASSUMED it was because the cahsier liked them. One woman paid for herself & pre-paid for 2 women who had not arrived yet. That's why they were told they didn't need to pay and could go right in. We verified all of this on our video surveillance. The owner, who was actually there that night, and spoke with this customer, verified the events with the women who the customer thought got in for free. She posted this very same story on every site she could think of, in an effort to try to defame us. She agreed to take down the comments, after we contacted her, but apparently she did not keep her word.
