Great service and prompt follow up on repairs to my car I had to have towed there. They were running diagnostic tests within minutes of when the vehicle arrived. Very professional staff, clean and comfortable waiting area. I would highly recommend.

I recently used Cooper Lake for an oil change, new brakes, and air cabin filter. Their prices were much lower than the dealerships. I usually get my emissions test there as well and have always found that their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm done with the dealerships now that I found a trustworthy place to bring my babies.

I have used Cooper Lake Automotive for the past 2 years and they have always been accommodating. I will call them for an oil change and can typically get in within 2 days. Other times I have called with emergency repairs and I can get right in. They are all very good sports about emergencies. They don't try to oversell on things i don't need, but be sure to let me know anythings that are critical to the function and safety of my car like, "you need to get new tires now". Thank you for being a there for me when i have needed you.

After seven years of service, we find cooper lake automotive to be trustworthy, reliable and very knowledgeable. They always tell us what's wrong in a reasonable period of time, and then they stick to their time estimate. I give them a five star rating (out of five) and I don't ever hesitate to recommend them. I appreciate the time they take to explain my problem, my options, and their recommendations.

I highly recomend Cooper Lake Automotive. I have been taking my cars to them for many years, don't use anyone else and they are great. I always get honest information about my car and repairs. They don't ever do "dealership" style of add ons that aren't really necessary. They give me fair prices, do everything they can to work around my schedule and the staff are always great.

Gary, Sr. Service Mgr., has been there for me every time, I call ahead to schedule work at my convenience, never disappointed. And they do eveything, from emissions, to oil changes to major work. I will not go to anyone else.

Absolutely a great place to get your repairs. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. Courtney at the front is very sweet. She made sure to get me the fastest service possible and my mechanic Gary was very knowledgeable and efficient with the repairs. Cooper Lake Automotive's prices are very reasonable. I'm a happy customer, I will be returning!

My wife and I now use Cooper Lake Automotive for all of our vehicle repair needs. They've always done great work and at a fair price. They also make a sincere effort to work around our busy schedules. We just call in advance to set up a convenient time to drop the vehicle off and usually get it back the same day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

I have been taking my cars to Cooperlake Automotive for the past 3 years now, and have been very pleased with the friendly service and excellent work they do. Before you have work done on your car elsewhere, take it to Cooperlake Automotive and request an estimate...you won't be disappointed!
