Take your business somewhere else!!!!!!!!!. Horrible customer service!! After purchasing herbal incense that was marketed as having unbelievable strength, I found that either one, I purchased a defective pack, or two, it was false advertising and a huge waste of money. Because in the past I have purchased a defective pkg from another shop and was immediately compensated, I contacted This, That & The Other and was spoken to quite rudely! I was willing to return the pkg with say 95% of its contents and willing to pay the difference for another brand; however, was told that there were no options for me. I simply wasted my money on one of their products. I told whomever I was speaking to that I will then take my business elsewhere and they responded, "fine" and hung up on me. Extremely rude!!!! Not a way to keep customers coming back. I went to this store because it is closest but take my advice... drive the xtra 5-10miles to Marietta and go to the Pipeline where they have the cheapest prices and the best customer service!

an aweful experience.. After reading all the great reviews, I have come to the realization that most of them are probably fake, this place had a lot of stuff, BUT, the service, was so bad that I almost left before walking in. When I first went in, the music was horribly loud obnoxious and just plain stupid. I instantly felt like the place was not a good fit.

then I saw the manager/owner/supervisor was yelling at one of his employees, that in itself was another point of negativity.

I decided to press on, after the isles and isles of nasty disgusting porn I finally made it to the 'smoke' area. The inventory was dusty, and obviously sitting there for a long while. a little dust is nothing to worry about though... the selection was interesting... so i looked over a few pieces... but the prices OMG, unbelievable... they must think people are stupid. $13 for a one hitter??? The tiny little metal pipe exactly like one i had lost about a year back was THIRTEEN dollars, I paid $4.95 for that same pipe. The great selection was worthless because everything was so over priced it was impossible to buy anything without feeling completely raped... No my kind of place whatsoever. it was run down empty and cold. Not going back.

Great place for smokes and random browsing. First of all the people who own the place and work there are awesome and very helpful. They have one of the largest selections of cigars, tobacco, pipes, and humidors that I've ever seen in one place. Great selection of adult movies and toys too so a great place to take your bf or gf for some random browsing and fun. Very unique place that will have you going back again and again. There also happens to be a liquor store next door so you can't beat that after a long day!

Yes Sir, This Place Rocks!. Cigars, waterpipes, DVDs. This is an adult playground like no other. Seriously, they have everything. They even have these cool, autographed collectables. It's never boring at TT&TO.

Mind Blowing. If you are looking for a smoke shop item, You will find it here!!!!!! My husband says the cigar Inventory is like nothing he has ever seen. And I was very very pleased with the selection of Adult Novelties. ;-). This store is Huge!!!!!! If you just want to be amazed, go to TT&TO, you will not be disappointed.

Toys, Toys, Toys. Okay, I was the only women in there, but This, That, & the Other had a lot of . . . . things to choose from. I'm glad I went with my boyfriend because he was able to tell me his preferences and get a movie (or two) also. He was also happy to see they have cigars. Great place!

GREAT PLACE FOR EVERYTHING. You can get cigars, specialty cigarettes, smoking gear, adult novelties, and movies all in one place. If that ;s not enough you have a liquor store right next door, truly one stop shopping. Staff very friendly and knowledgeble. worth the trip.

Cigars - Surprise!. Okay, I'll admit it, I walked into TT&TO to buy adult DVD (they have agreat deals). I had been there before but must have had a one-track-mind, but this last time I noticed they have a humidor - and a good one at that! I've been a cigar smoker almost as long as I've been a DVD watcher, so I was thrilled to find them at the same place. Great one-stop-shop.

The Name Says It All. Never has the name of a place described itself as well. This place really does have "this, that, and the other". I went if for cigars and came out with a wide selection (at GREAT prices), a couple of adult DVDs, and a "smoking accessory". I'm happy.

One-Stop Shop. If you smoke, this is the place to go. I love cigars and they have a nice humidor, however they also have a lot of other things to smoke (all legal) and the biggest supply of smoking accessories I have EVER SEEN! TT&TO is also just a fascinating ADULT place to go. The staff is also helpful and friendly.
