We have bought several pieces of jewelry there including my engagement and wedding rings. They designed a necklace for me using many loose diamonds that I already had. It is stunning. I recommend Diamond Exchange if you want quality jewelry for decent prices! They have a wide range of beautiful jewelry and they can fix most anything if it's fixable! The sales people are friendly and professional. They can also do sizing too! A+

I recently had my engagement ring re-shanked at Cumberland 2 weeks after this one of my stones fell out. I was lucky to have found it and had it set back in. Then following the first incident the stone fell out a second time. When I returned to the store, obviously upset one of the male associates blamed me for this and was extremely irritating and rude. If the stone would have been set in correctly the first time at Cumberland then I do not believe it would have fallen out again. This has been a horrible experience as a newly wed I would highly recommend against using this jeweler. The quality of work and the rude associate have left a bad impression on myself and those who I have shared this experience with.
