Not only did the company lie to me about picking me up, but they then would not even tell me that they were not coming....don't use!!!!!!!!!!!!

The dispatch center answered the phone by picking it up and listening. No hello, no "Continental Taxi". Then I said, "Hello?" and a voice responded, "Hello?" Not very bright sounding or courteous. I had to repeat my address four times before he got it right.
