very unprofessional, spent $7000 to replace small flat roof with them, always had to call them because there were still leaks. They eventually started to blame it on everything else except their poor work. Worst mistake dealing with them

so happy!. I have used this company for many, many years for the roofing and gutter work on all of my rental properties and my own home. They never disappoint! I have always been treated fair and honest and the work is done in a timely manner with no hassles. I LOVE, LOVE my new roof!! Thank you Hick's Roofing staff especially Larry Cox, who was extremely helpful and very pleasant to speak with.

Best in Town. I called in a few weeks ago after the big storms hit. William Baugman was so quick to come out. He called me the day after I called in and came out the next day. I know they had to be busy, but they still had a quick response. He gave me the estimate and the price was great but I figured I would call a few other people and compare. William encouraged me to do so but also warned me to do my research on them. I looked at the others but their deals just couldn't match Hick's price!

I signed the paperwork a few days later and William had their roof crew out the first of the week. I was amazed when they told me they could get the whole roof done in one day. So now I have a beautiful new roof, with a 5 year no leak warranty, and best of all no leaks! I think my roof looks best out of everyone on my block!

New Home Owner. I am a fairly recent new home owner and the roof was in terrible shape. I called several companies and Hicks was the first to respond. They came out quickly and discussed all of my options. They even brought me multiple samples of different grades of roofs. I felt like they were trustworthy and signed the contract with them. They put the roof on quickly and it looks wonderful! They went above and beyond what I expected and I would reffer them to all of my friends. They were amazing and quick, and most of all cared about me. I really trust their work and their opinon.

Honest, Dependable and Does Great Work. My roof is the best looking one in the neighborhood. I got several estimates before proceeding with Hicks and I am so glad I did! I got a reasonable price and service was quick and thorough. I would definitely refer them!

They are thieves, dishonest and unreliable.. They are worse in their business. They farm out the contract to illegal aliens who do not have any training and when the job goes bad, they blame them. My house has sustained damages around $30,000-$40,000 and the owner sent me a bill for taping the area that they did not fix. I am taking him to the court and at the end, he will have to file for bankruptcy. Do not deal with these thieves.

Save youself the trouble.. I went with Hicks roofing because they have been established since 1980. This phrase means nothing to me anymore.

I called them out mid August. They promptly came out. Gave me paperwork to sign. I had to call Insurance adjuster and set appointment for Hicks and adjuster to meet. Got adjuster out Hicks didn't show. They gave me an out then but I did not take it because Hicks said family member passed. So like a dummy I stayed with them. Roof looks good, but worker left water spigots on full blast and I didn't figure it out for several days. Then the roof leaked. They came and patched the roof and fixed ceiling. Then ceiling sagged. Said they would come back. Never came back to fix that as of yet. Sent carpenter out to fix corner of house where had rotted. Was worse than before. Was terrible job. Hicks rep came out to fix it. Did better job but leaks behind gutter still and it never did before. Still waiting for them to finish.Started with them August 13, 2009. I would not recommend them to anyone. I only give rating because computer won't let me publish this unless I give some rating.
