I have used Wallpaper and Stuff for almost 15 years - wallpaper, drapes, rods, blinds. I have never had anything but a pleaseant experience. They are punctual, detailed and honest with their product. Ryan is a delight. I have recommended to many in my neighborhood and all have used this store many other times. BH

Worst Customer Service. I contacted these guys to install some plantation shutters in my home. I called twice and was promised a return call. I should have walked away then. They never called me back so I had to send my wife to see them to discuss what she wanted. But my wife liked what they discussed and she set up an appointment for them to come to my home. They cancelled and I was told they would call to reschedule - they never called back. I called three more times trying to get them to come out. I spoke to them in person and left messages but not ONE call back. Save yourself the time and trouble and look elsewhere - these guys have no consideration for other people's time.

Excellent Service and Beautiful Products!. Wallpaper & Stuff is one of the few full-service wallpaper stores in Atlanta and I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in the latest styles and patterns. The owners were very helpful, friendly and knowlegeable. I needed a 'perfect' paper to accent my dining room wall -- and I have it! The installer they sent was EXCELLENT! I will definitely be back. Owner of Store. We are sorry, In any situation, we always return phone calls and emails. In some circumstances all we can do is offer you a refund. Any defects the blinds have are a manufacturers problem, and can be corrected with their warranty . If there is a problem, call or bring your item into the store and we will gladly repair or replace it. We appreciate all business to the store and value our customers. None of which are a bother, thats what keeps a small business in business for twenty years, through word of mouth and referrals.

Very helpful, great advice, convient location. i heard about wallpaper and stuff through a friend at work, i ordered wood blinds from them and rion was so helpful. he came out to look at my house and while measuring gave me some interior design advice. the blinds took only 5 days to come in and be installed. they look great and the price was even better. after hearing what rion had to say about my house we decided to wallpaper my dining room. his installer was fantastic and was very respectful. My dining room looks like its out of a magazine, i would of just painted if rion hadn't advised me. im so happy with their services. i recommend them to all my friends and family

Go elsewhere. Purchased real wood blinds for my entire 2-story house. The blinds are subpar quality and not worth the price. They don't close properly, have faded, cords broke, etc. I could have purchased the same blinds at Target for much less. Customer service at Wallpaper and Stuff in Smyrna is horrible. Phone calls and emails not returned and one excuse after another as to why. I wish I had purchased my blinds somewhere else. Choose a company that provides quality blinds with support after they are installed.
