I have had extremely poor service with the mobile department. First they called me and left a message that my phone was ready to pick up. When I got there, they were not able to find my phone. When I came back the second time they lost the backing to my extented battery and did not have a spare backing. I am still waiting to receive a new back that was supposed to be shipped last week. I was given a few gift cards to compensate for my inconvenience but that did not justify the time and frustration that I have experienced with this department.

65 inch TV for 1400!!!!!. I defately have to say that Best Buy has some great deals and excellent stuff. I wanted to get a TV this time around but I didn't want to wait in line during Black Friday even though they had some great deals. Anyways I just kind of blew it off and said I will get one later even if I have to pay more. My friend told me to check online Monday because they do this sale called Cyber Mondays. I went onto Best Buys website and I found such a great deal. I bought a 65 inch flat panel for 1400. I know its 1400 dollars but for the size I got, it is definately worth it. I am excited for it to come in so I can really see how big it is.

Best Buy has some great deals and is definately worth the money with their quality of product and service they provide.

Nice electronics in all around categories.. I had a memorable experiance during Christmas at Best Buy when i was looking for some ipods for my kids.Got a great deal.
