We had a situation where we required immediate care until we located a day care for a fulltime basis. I took my son here for 4 consecutive days. The care givers were never aware of if my child ate or not or any details of his stay on that day. The facility does not seem well cared for and appears dirty. Most of the staff were not involved with the children and just stood there while some of them cried. I did observe one of the staff conducting an organized coloring time which was nice in comparison to the kids just running around. I had planned to use this facility for 2 more weeks however the last time I went to pick up my child I could hear him crying from the front desk. No one paid any attention to him for a good 5 minutes. In addition, they were unaware if he had ate dinner or not. Lastly I there were about 10 insect bites on him. I realize these could have come from outside or in side the location but with all of my other concerns it was enough to stop taking him there. I do think the concept of stay n play is great but which they were selling a better service. I hope they make an investment in improving the care, the facility and getting high marks on state visits.
- Pros: Convenient for last minute
- Cons: Not maintained, disinterested staff, no record of stay

I used this service for drop off only. My husband and I visited the site before we considered placing our 12 month old in their care. We wanted to use them for nights or weekends out by ourselves. I gave them a try by using them for an outing during the day. When I arrived, I heard my daughter crying from the front door. I provided her with a snack along with some juice. Once I returned, she finished her snack I provided, however they refilled her bottle with red Hi-C juice and gave her Vanilla Wafer crackers.
Also, the setup is just not conducive for children. Although there are bright colors, it always looks dark and filthy. At my daughters last daycare, the children looked happy and well care for. The children here looked spent and uninvolved with any activities. There were infants in the same room with bigger toddlers. There were runny noses and no one was attending to this.
Opt to find a babysitter you trust, a family friend, etc to watch your child for several hours. Also, they charge the same price for the daycare I previously sent my daughter to which was top notch. What are they thinking? This is a grungy place. Don't even think of considering this place for permanent daycare. Look into Primrose, The Goddard School, Suzuki (if you can afford them), Sunshine House, etc. Do you see a pattern? Quality.
This goes for the Kids Stay N Play at Lawrenceville too. Even more horrible. I haven't been to the other location, but I assume they're all run the same.
- Pros: Drop off service
- Cons: ratio & no clear separation of age groups
