Expected much more.. I went there reading good reviews and was really expecting a great visit. The place is beautiful inside. Staff is very friendly. I had Sergiy do my hair and I was not the least bit satisfied. I hated my cut, it looked like all he did was chop it and put chopped layers in it. My highlights faded after 2 washes. It was def not worth the money. Wouldnt go back.

Defforge Salon in Roswell is a great salon. I have been going to Defforge Salon in Roswell for several years. I look forward to going to my monthly appointment. It is like visiting family. I always get a warm welcome and leave with a hug.

Sergi, the owner is very talented and a great conversationialist. My hair color always looks great. They use steamers so my hair comes out soft, silky and shiny. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

I trusted Sergi to do 3 keratin treatments to straighten my naturally curly hear over the past few years. I have gotten many compliments on my hair. I have been told that by a few people that I look 10 years younger.

Oksana, the receptionist is great to work with to make appointments. The hours are great to fit any schedule.

Defforge Internationale Salon. What can I say about Defforge and the talented people who work there? Wonderful, cutting edge, perfectionists, courteous, upscale without pretension, sophisticated yet relaxing, a spa like atmospere with world class hair and skin professionals. From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by Oksana, their beautiful, attentive receptionist and ushered into the salon, you are experiencing pure enjoyment.

I have used Defforge for many years and have never been anything but extremely pleased with how my hair has looked and felt. Sergey, the owner (and whom I use for my hair color) is an experienced colorist and master stylist who delights in perfection. He will gladly work with you to make sure you are completely satified with the results of your hair color. Since, I live part of the year in Florida, I sadly leave the salon for several months at a time. I just wish I could take them all with me! But, upon my return, I will have the same excellant experience as before. Consistency is so important and you will find it at this salon.

Samirah, who is Sergey's assistant, is a relatively new and wonderful addition to Defforge. She is always attentive and capable, with I'm sure many as yet untapped talents. Oh, and did I mention beautiful? It seems that that is one of the criteria for working here! Beautiful people, beautiful salon! The other members of the staff include Mila who is part owner and an expertly, experienced esthetician, who's talents are in demand all along the East Coast. Raffaele and Sonia make an unbeatable master stylist team. And although I have never used them, since I generally work only with Sergey, I have seen the results of their work and it's nothing but spectacular! I have had the opportunity one other time to use a different stylist at the salon named, Alla and she, as you would expect, is exceptional, as well. There seems to be a very strict code at this salon, to have only the best people working there in every capacity. A truly amazing experience! I can say this with complete honesty, since my experience before finding Defforge Salon led me into a black obis of mediocrity, ineptitude and uncaring individuals. And my hair relfect this. But, not now! Thank you, Defforge!!

Best place in Roswell to get your hair done!. I have been to hair salons all over Atlanta, Roswell and Alpharetta, and finally found the THE ONE! I felt special and pampered, but most importantly comfortable from the moment I called on the phone... until the moment I walked out the door. Michelle did my cut and color, and she is awesome!! Warm, funny, easy to talk with, and absolutely incredible with cut and color. She knows her stuff!!! This salon is wonderful! If you have been looking for a salon to really listen, and "get" your hair, then call them!!

They do it right!. I have been getting my hair cut at Defforge for over a year now and I can honestly say that I'm a client for life.

My stylist is Alla and before finding her I went to 10 different salons looking for the right 'fit' as being happy with the outcome of the cut plus enjoying a nice experience while in the salon is not a combination that is found easily.

These days, when I speak with them on the phone to set an appointment or walk in for my visit I'm greeted with such warmth that I feel like a long-time friend. The first person I see is almost always Oksana and then I make my way back to Alla for a top-notch haircut each and every time.

The salon is very well designed, always has pleasant music playing in the background and the smocks (is that the word?) are the cleanest and easiest to change into of any I've used in the past.

Speaking of Alla (from the fine country of Ukraine), she is a pro's pro. On the days where I feel like talking, she's there with pleasant banter. On the days when I need to get through some things on my Blackberry she is as quiet as a church mouse and let's me concentrate while she concentrates on her own work. And the consistent quality of her work cannot be overstated. She was born to cut hair!

Truly, this is a business that is run the proper way, is reasonably priced for my male haircuts, whose staff super-nice to my daughter on the days I need to bring my 8-yr-old along, and receives my highest recommendation.

Enjoy your visit to Defforge - they will treat you right!

Best Highlights. I have been coming to Defforge for 7 years now and still drive an hour and half from my new residence just to come get highlights here. The staff is extremely friendly and always very accommodating! They are very knowledgable, and I am always complimented on my hair- I love it!

Why you should love defforge!!!. Defforge Salon is one of the most unique salons in the Metro Atlanta area. We are the only salon in Roswell that carries a combination of the most upscale and luxurious product lines. Kerastase, Aveda, Schwarzkopf, and Guinot are just a few to name. Our ways of sculpting are taught by the most profound and experienced stylists from all over Europe. We provide a warm and inviting environment and always treat our customers with the utmost respect. We, as a family at Defforge, are well educated in each of our individual fields and have the ability to utilize all of our knowledge to benefit our clients. Professionalism is an intangible concept. it is a balanced combination of education, honesty, talent and common sense. As professionals, we are able to put our own egos aside in order to better contribute to the salon team. We always strive to let the customer know that we respect their opinion. Customer service at Defforge is and will always be satisfactory.

Left beautiful and relaxed. I spent most of my Saturday at Defforge, and got an incredible facial (with peel, and microdermabrasion), threading on facial hair, wax, manicure/pedicure, and highlights/haircut. I could've stayed longer, just to enjoy the music and the great environment!

Milla (one of the owners and the aesthetician) gave me a full evaluation on my skin and we decided on the personalized facial to suit my needs. Such a relaxing experience, and a week later my skin is glowing!!

Sergiy (also owner and lead hair specialist) gave me full highlights/lowlights to freshen up my look for summer, and a cut. While I was under the dryer during the color processing, I was offered beverages, reading material...never left unattended.

Overall a fabulous experience - my only regret is I can only come when in town in Atlanta. If I lived nearby I would come here regularly.

Alla is absolutely INCREDIBLE!. Alla is an artist, she creates the most beautiful hairstyles you have ever seen. In my entire life I have never had a more fabulous haircut.
