Great food, atmosphere and service

If you are looking for a place with a good atmosphere, convenient location, sizzling fresh good food and outstanding service, please make an immediate stop at Brookwood Grill in Roswell.

I came here for the first time to celebrate my friend's birthday and it was fantastic. The service was quick, attentive, and wonderful. The entrees were freshly cooked, sizzling hot and very tasty. I am a serious penny pincher with money but I have to say even the prices were reasonable.

Actually, i'm going back there today. :)

Looking for great food and service, go to Brookwood Grill

I have been dining at Brookwood grill for 10 years now. I have seen this restaruant grow and continue to give excellent food and service. In 2000 I was an employee at Brookwood Grill; I am a Chef now as well as a certified Hospitility Manager for the National Restaurant Association, and in my opinion the standard of service has always remained consistant and from the front door to the check. Everyone is inviting and attentive to our needs. As for the food, if you want Prime Rib, look no further! The menu has a wide variety of choices, and the price is well worth the portion and quailty you will receive.

Best service and food in Roswell

This place has been one of my favorites since moving to Atlanta. Most nice restaurants you get small portions and pay too much. But at brookwood everything is huge. You don't expect that from a place of this caliber. It is a little bit more expensive but it makes up for it in service, quality, and portion size. They have been around a long time for a reason. Highly recommend it for any occasion!!

Multiple bad experiences

As it is essentially across the street from where i live i have been here on a few occasions. On almost every occasion it has either taken forever to be seated, or once we have been seater the service was slow. Not only was it slow, but it seemed like they didnt even care. IT was so bad one time that the manager gave us a very very genrous gift certificate to make up for things.

When we came back to redeem the gift certificate unforunately the service was slow, and my steak was overdone.

I have been back a couple other times with friends as they like it, but it just nver does it for me. The menu is ok, and the food is just ok, just not worth your night out. MY other reviews are usually quite generous, this place though...

  • Pros: OTher people seem to like it, reasonable price
  • Cons: TERRIBLE service, only so so food
