Avoid Randy if you are female. He asked me why I would need torque because I must "just drive to the grocery store and home". He never showed me anything under the hood of the vehicle, and he asked me if I was comfortable driving the car on the test drive or if I wanted to be the passenger.
Definitely would never buy a Nissan.
Recently bought a new Nissan Quest at Regal Nissan in Roswell, GA. The experience was great. Great service, great price, and great quality. The staff was friendly and eager to help. If you are looking for a new vehicle, I suggest you go to Regal Nissan!
Rory said if you do not agree to price no point taking test ride within 15 mins of we walking into dealership. For every question asked about car, the answer was its best with no detail. Rory said we close at 9 and do not come after 8 when first contacted over phone. He gave different price points during our 30-40 mins visit :(. It seems he took customer for granted and did not take any effort to understand / respond to our buying need of car. Very unprofessional and very bad attitude.
My family has owned three Nissan vehicles over 15 years and have had all serviced at Regal. I have always found them to be friendly, professional, and trustworthy. I've never had to take back a car for re-work on an issue. Pricing is in line with what I'd expect from a dealer but I have a belief that no one knows how to fix a Nissan better than a Nissan dealer so I'm willing to pay a little more sometimes to get a higher level of expertise. At the end of the day, I don't look forward to going to the dealer for service, but Regal makes the experience quick, pleasant, and fair and I don't have to go back to fix what's already been fixed. I'd recommend an appointment versus just dropping by. A+
Regal Nissan - Extra Service – I just purchased a used vehicle from Regal Nissan. I dealt with a salesman by the name of Daryl Heinrich and he provided a service that I would never even assume I could ask for. I always take a used car I'm considering buying to my mechanic. The hard part is figure out my work schedule around the time my mechanic is available to check it out. After telling Daryl this, he quickly offered to take it to my mechanic for me. Really?! My mechanic was about 45 minutes away each way and he would have to wait for it and of course there was no guarantee I would even buy the car. That service alone is worthy of a 5 star review. The rest of the buying process was done well also.
Best Prices and Service – I recently was assigned to a project in Atlanta and not knowing which company to use for work on my Xterra I hit the internet and made several calls. A co-worker recommended Regal and they ended up not only being the best cost (less then $430 from all other bids) but by far the best personal service I have received in a very long time. Marshall responded to all of my questions either by phone or on the internet and when I went to check my car in Sue helped me with all the details. They gave me a ride to work, picked me up and my car was ready to go. And before leaving Marshall explained to me what had been done. I will definitely be going back. They are head and shoulders above.
Best Salesman EVER! – I was searching for a new SUV for my mother on the internet and this is where I met Robert from Regal Nissan from internet sales. Later that week we met Robert to see the new Rogue. He was excellent! They gave my mother a great deal on her trade in and was extremely professional and sincere. Robert was very knowledgeable and even agreed to meet my mom on his day off to explain how to use the navigational system in it. (She is 66 and quite electronically challenged!). I reccommend Robert to anyone how is looking for a new or used vehicle!
Disappointed with lack of customer service – Family and I stopped by here looking for a new car this weekend and were stunned by the lack of customer service.
After walking the new car lot, we walked through the showroom. The receptionist didn't even acknowledge us in any way. After we started to leave someone came out and said a sales person would be with us in a few minutes.
After wandering around further, still no one tried to assist us.
What a disappointment.
Stupid dealership with non friendly non smily service department – Will never buy any car from this dealership again nor get my new car serviced there. Just avoid this dealership if you can , if you are making any transactions make sure you have everything in writing as they will never honor their promises. Service department is a nightmare with lot of unfriendly people especially martha. P.S If you love frustraction, waiting and unfriendly people this dealership is for you. There are lot better dealer ships in atlanta , just avoid this dealership to save you grief later.
Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. – One of the worst experience I have had. Working with Steph in service was painful. Steph and all those in the service department refuse to return calls or answer your questions. I tried on several occasions to relay this information and no one was willing to help. They do not offer assistance and seem confused about customer service. Only after contacting the president of the dealership was I able to finalize issues with my vehicle. Service appointments only take 4 1/2 hours which are normal lengths when having service done for you vehicle.
There are better places to go than to these people. Do not waste your time or money.
