In Short – Established in 1982, this chain gained a following for its laid-back atmosphere and generous portions. Patrons settle into comfortable booths and tables in dining rooms with plants, artwork and décor reminiscient of the villas in the Tuscan countryside. Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip (crab, shrimp, cheese and marinara). Entrees include classics like lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana. There are also "Garden Fare" options, which promise 30 percent fewer calories.

I will have to say this first, the service was better than I remembered. My food was hot; only because it sat under a heat lamp for for a long time. It took 24 miutes to get our dinners on a Sunday Night. They were not very busy, but steady. Thank goodness for the salad and bread, because I was starving. The Alfredo was dry and the chicken was processed and average. I should have gone to BK and got a sandwich. At least I would have not spent over $50 for dinner. Will I go back? Not sure. The only reason I went this time was because we had a gift card.
- Pros: It was hot
- Cons: Because it sat in the heat window
Absolutely discusting!

I have had 2 experiences at this location. But first I would like to tell you that for the mediocre attempt at italian food I generally do enjoy Olive Garden. Ok...
1st as a guest at this restaurant, I was ignored by the front door staff, and reluctantly taken to my seat, where I waited for about 10 minutes to even be greeted. Once we got through the painful greeting and our food arrived it was cold and I'm sure sure it was all the way cooked. We were charged for alcoholic drinks we never received and then the server argued with us about why those charges were on there. (then we could hear the server cussing and telling all the other servers how horrible we were) Now being a server myself I usually never complain about anything to a server. But being charged for 5 drinks that none of us had is ridiculous!
2nd experience was working there, I began working there when I was desperate for money. I saw an UGLY side. Plates were never completely cleaned, either was silverware. Food sat in the window forever, and no one helped each other. Most of the servers were stoned at work and I even saw a few eat food of off plates before it was brought out. Not to mention that every employee there, INCLUDING the managers hated their job and complained about every person that walked in that door. One of the managers there would try and go out drinking with the staff even though that was against the rules and he always say perverted things about the females coming in. Not to completely scare you because I know other locations were much cleaner, but this one should be shut down immediately. The management loved me there and I left on good terms according to them, but truthfully I left out of disgust. If you value your family's health and prefer to not get sick, or to get treated like second class citizens, I recommend going to another restaurant or at least to the Kennesaw location.
- Pros: Easy access to highway?
- Cons: No parking, horrible service, very unclean, rude rude people
Microwave Dinners
by rockytopscott at Citysearch
Cold food, typical chain restaurant Italian. I swear that these meals they give you come straight from the freezer and into the microwave, to your plate. The noodles were cold, the sauce was bland, the service was medicore.
- Pros: No waiting, Inexpensive
- Cons: Lousy Food
