CARLOS CRUZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!. CARLOS CRUZ was a horrible cashier with horrible service. I even noticed CARLOS CRUZ get yelled at by CARLOS CRUZ's boss for some stupid reason, probably for slacking off on the job and not doing what CARLOS CRUZ is told. CARLOS CRUZ is really an embarrassment to nature: racist, sexist, and just overall rude. Everything else about the restaurant was fabulous, but CARLOS CRUZ managed to ruin my entire experience. I simply asked CARLOS CRUZ for a cup of water, yet CARLOS CRUZ returns just to cuss me out in many languages, including, but not limited to, Spanish, English, French, and others I could not pick up on. CARLOS CRUZ!!!!!

New Ownership Great Food:. The food is great always warm to the taste, brownies as well as salad delicious. Speciality pizzas brought to the table for no extra price when ordering buffet. Plenty of nice clean tables to bring the family. Able to watch your children play in game room from TVs.

Located off Mansell behind I-Hop next tp Kroger and open from M-T- 11-10 & F & S 11-11 & S 11-10.

Re-Opened Under New Ownership/Management. We just re-visited this location yesterday and it was fabulous! The store has been renovated fully. The gameroom was expanded, bathrooms were clean and classy and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Food was great and the price was unbelievably low - I especially loved their cheeseburger pizza! We will definitely be back, this is my children's new favorite restaurant!

Roswell Closed Go to the Alpharetta location it is much better!!. My family also had a terrible expirence at the Roswell CiCi's. We then found the CiCi's in Alpharetta (5905 Atlanta Hwy - Hwy 9). It is a new location is clean unlike the Roswell location Pizza's taste much better and the expirence is all about customer service. My kids love the large game room and the friendly staff. Very Nice people and you can't beat the price. Thank God for this location. I hated the Roswell location.

Horrible Management/Ownership. My family and I had a terrible experience at this location and never will be back and recommend you don?t either. The franchise owner was perched at the register not greeting anyone in the usual ?Welcome to CiCi?s?. I say perched because they were way understaffed and needed help in the kitchen for the non-existent food on the buffet but the owner was apparently only interested in collecting money and not feeding customers. Don?t complain!!! This man has a screw loose and does not handle it well. I saw him try to charge a take out customer twice, yell at one family and behave crazily irration when I complained. Don?t go to Roswell CiCi if you want to leave happy.

woptops. I loved this place. The pizza was affordable and the portions were plenty. Although the service was very poor, the selection was dynamite and it has a scrumptious salad bar. I recommend this for all familys on a budget and any couple with little to spend on eating out.
