A taste of Mexico. I was very satisfied with the food at El Zorrito. We have lived in Roswell about 3 years and had never made it there. We tried it on a recent Saturday afternoon and I believe we all enjoyed our meal. I ordered the Mole Poblano which was strips of chicken breast swimming in a deliciously spicy mole sauce. I have had many different mole's, and am by no means an expert, but this was better than average. The rice and beans that came with it were good too.

My mole poblano came with 3 small tortillas. They were nice and warm and made for very nice tacos. However, with the amount of food on the plate (read generous servings), i could have used triple that amount of tortillas. I asked for more tortillas and polished those off too. However, I was charged extra for the tortillas which I have never had happen in many Mexican restaurants.

Although the food was good, I am not a big fan of charging for every little thing. Actually the food was very good and I would rate this as the best and definitely most authentic mexican restaurant I've ever eaten at in Atlanta. I have had many meals south of the border, and this felt and tasted almost like it does down in Mexico. Will definitely come back here.
