Best BBQ in Atlanta

This place is by far the best and most authentic bbq place you'll find in 100 miles of Atlanta. Its a hole in the wall restaurant with stuffed animals on the walls and a cafeteria-style line, and the best food and bbq sides you can find.
So take the drive out a couple miles into Alpharetta and try it - you'll be hooked. Cheap, real southern bbq. I go here ALL the time.

Pappy Red's is authentic! The best brunswick stew that I have ever had. It has a genuine smoky flavor. The barbecue pork is great, too. And, the atmosphere is just what it should be!

The Atmosphere, The BBQ, The Sides, The deserts, The Brunswick stew, you cannot go wrong. My family and I head up at least one Sunday every month. Its fantastic and I never leave without a quart of Brunswick stew to go. I highly, highly recommend Pappy Reds!
