Love them!. I was in dire need of a BEAUTIFUL masquerade themed cake at the LAST minute for a bridal shower I was holding the next day (my plan A cake maker fell through) and The Cake Shoppe was able to provide the most GORGEOUS, delicious two tier cake the next day! On top of that, it didn't put me into bankruptcy. Our bride was delighted, it was so professionally done and when my husband went to pick it up, he said the people there were pleasant and friendly. SO happy to recommend them!

A Family Tradition. For 17 years the Cake Shoppe has supplied our family events and celebrations with delicious cakes. From birthdays, house warmings, holidays, and a wedding, we have had nothing but positive experiences. I designed my own wedding cake and the results were perfect and delicious! We got our family favorite--the Lemon Cake with lemon frosting, three tiers with a varied tiny polka dot pattern in white on the sides. Our guests loved it and the only bit left by the end of the night was the top tier. Our family's second favorite cake is the coconut with raspberry jam--a very close second. We have been getting our cakes from The Cake Shoppe for so long now, it hardly seems a celebration without one!

The Leaning Tower of Pisa!. The cake when delivered and set up was leaning. Many of the guests commented to me and the mother of the bride (I'm the groom's mother) that the cake looked like it was leaning and were we sure it wasn't going to slide right off! It was leaning so bad that the cake topper fell off the cake, TWICE!!! The first time was 5 minutes after the delivery person left. The delivery person came back to repair it the first time and it fell again. That time the captain and I decided not to chance it falling again, so instead of the the topper sitting on the top of the cake, it sat beside the cake. You can imagine how devastated the bride was. The cake wasn't in the sun, so no melting, and the table was even, so it wasn't what the cake was sitting on. So that leaves the baker and decorator as the culprits. The cake itself was delicious, but I would not order another baked item from this business.

Don't believe them!. I ordered my wedding cake from here. They had a picture in their book of my dream wedding cake. It was perfect. Exactly what I wanted. But I was suspicious. The picture was torn out of a magazine. I was reassurred many times that yes, they could make it exactly like the picture. When my wedding day arrived, my cake was covered in swiss polka dots with amost no flowers piped on it at all. It looked NOTHING like the picture.

Nothing was done to compensate me when I complained. The cake tasted ok, but I do not recommend them.

Looks small, but a great shop. I got my wedding cake here and it was OUTSTANDING. It's a small shop that doesn't look like much, but they did well with the cake, the delivery, all of it.

What great service & even better cakes!. My experience with the cake shoppe has always been fantastic. No matter if it was a birthday party for my kids or an event for adults. The service and product has always exceeded my expectations!
