They sell a great quality line - Stihl. They sell/service a great quality line - Stihl. I have purchased a Kombi-system with hedge trimmer and chain saw attachment. Also purchased a chainsaw and can't state how happy I am with the Stihl products.

Purchased from both sales/service people and they both took me in the back and reviewed how to operate the the products I bought.

Before I left they made sure I didn't have any questions. They really know their products and definitely provide great customer service

I cannot recommend them enough.

The sales staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. When my natural gas grill needed replacement parts, I went over to the place where I bought, just like I did a year before to only find out they went out of business. No parts, no website zip. This put me in a position to buy a new grill. I started looking at new gas grills and had heard a lot of good things about the Big Green Egg.

Now, I live a stones throw away from Roswell Hardware I have seen this place a million times and never once thought about going inside. But when I was out looking at grills, I thought I had to at least stop in and see what the deal was about the BGE.

I walked out with a new large egg. And I could not have been happier. The upside for me is, I can wander over there in less than a 1 minute if I need something.

The sales staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. As for the product itself, it is the best damn grill I have ever owned and I am thinking about getting a bigger one. Note, I plan to keep the other one as well.

Great hardware store!. I LOVE Roswell Hardware Co. Inc.! It's super close to my house, and I always find everything I need there. It's where I get my keys made, and buy things like garbage bags and squirt bottles. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. I end up walking around the whole store when i'm there, because maybe there's something I need. Best hardware store in town!

I love it !. I love this shop. The staff is really helpful and friendly, and they somehow seem to carry EVERYTHING I ever go in for! I don't know how they do it, but I've never not found what I was looking for here. This place has come through for me almost every time. Great (and random) selection, friendly and helpful staff, clean store. I like it.

Great hardware store!. I love this place. It is fully stocked with all the things you need without having to go to Wal-mart. The store also provides a very homely feel to the customer. The staff is extremely helpful and willing to point you in the right direction. I must say it's the best local hardware store I've visited in GA thus far.
